Oliver is a Health Counsellor, Shiatsu practitioner and Teacher who has been guiding people towards greater health and healing for nearly 40 years. He ran a 3 year training in Shiatsu for 29 years, and has been running the International Macrobiotic School for 20 years in the UK, offering a 3 ½ year holistic training program including food energetics, healing cooking, Do-In exercise and shiatsu, emotional healing and life guidance.

Naomi Jansson

Naomi is an advocate for Traditional and Ancestral knowledge, and hopes to secure this choice for our future generations and connection to our deep inherit birth rights as humans. Her practice utilizes Traditional Medicine knowledge, cultural cuisine and Acupuncture/moxibustion techniques acquired from her training in Australia, Japan, China, USA and Europe combined with many years as a registered nurse and studies of many forms of Traditional and Indigenous East Asian medicine from Japan, China, Tibet and India.

Lindsey Thompson is an acupuncturist and the founder of Vital Qi Nutrition. She is passionate at helping individuals understand the mind-body connection of food therapy, how to have better periods, and how to de-stress by living with the seasons. In her spare time, you can find her herding a menagerie of cats, chickens, a toddler, and whatever else shows up in her yard. Oh and maybe you might catch her in the mountains whisking in the wild.

Ellen Goldsmith is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist and the author of the wonderful book; Nutritional Healing with Chinese Medicine: + 175 Recipes for Optimal Health. She is on the faculty of the National University of Natural Medicine’s College of Classical Chinese Medicine and the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine teaching Chinese dietetics. During her spare time she enjoys foraging edible plants and flowers near her family farm in Paju, Korea.

Jo Little's philosophy and work is inspired by her connection to nature and the deep wisdom that she received after experiencing a ruptured brain aneurysm in 2011 at the age of 33. After six weeks in a coma, she embarked on an intensive self-healing journey of rebuilding neural pathways and understanding firsthand the magic of the mind-body connection and the importance of body sovereignty. Dr Chloe grew up in a small country town on the Murray River, Australia. Despite being raised in a traditional western household she was exposed to natural medicine from a young age. She has completed post graduate training in paediatric care, fertility and functional medicine as well as previous training in musculoskeletal complaints as a qualified Level 1 sports trainer.

Patricio is the founder, director and principal teacher at Macrobiotic School Japan (MSJ). A bit of a superstar in Tokyo amongst natural health cafes as he has trained many of the chefs and entrepreneurs. He is an educator, chef, cooking instructor, and author. Since the late 1990s he has worked as a professional chef and participated in the development of a number of macrobiotic restaurants in Tokyo.

Jake Sole has been in the field of holistic health and personal transformation for over 20 years.
