Emotionally, the Womb (Bao) is associated with grief & joy. Unprocessed emotions & trauma can inhibit the flow of Qi & blood to the Womb whereas joy & contentment enhances the flow. A healthy Bao is linked to emotional well-being & a sense of security. During perimenopause the Bao Mai plays a fundamental role in hormonal health, emotional and energetic well-being.

Times for monthly classes will depend on the facilitator and teacher, all sessions will be recorded and available as replays as long as you are a member of the community.
