The 5 Elements & Menopause
join our monthly online community.....
CONNECTING TO YOUR ENERGETIC, EMOTIONAL & SPIRITUAL LAYERS.
Â
In Chinese Medicine Menopause is considered our Second Spring, a season of renewal where your energy shifts inward, inviting deeper self-care and a new sense of vitality.
During this transition, the flow of energy (Qi) that once moved downwards — from Heart to Womb — to nurture children, careers, projects and businesses, and the needs of others, begins to rise upwards — from Womb to Heart. This is the energetics of the Bao Mai channel.
It is a return to self and your true essence.
This reversal opens space for reconnecting with your mind, body, and spirit, and for nurturing the aspects of yourself that may have been set aside in earlier chapters of life.
It is a time of renewal, balance, and self-discovery.
Our brand new online community offers a fresh, empowering perspective on menopause. Seeing it not as an ending, but as a beginning, a new phase & empowering time.Â
Â
Join us for an exploration into the nutritional, energetic, emotional & spiritual dimensions of perimenopause and menopause. Through a Chinese Medicine, 5 Element and holistic wellness lens we will explore the underlying shifts, beyond the physical body and symptoms, and the opportunity that this phase of life offers.

Emotionally, the Womb (Bao) is associated with grief & joy. Unprocessed emotions & trauma can inhibit the flow of Qi & blood to the Womb whereas joy & contentment enhances the flow. A healthy Bao is linked to emotional well-being & a sense of security. During perimenopause the Bao Mai plays a fundamental role in hormonal health, emotional and energetic well-being.
Launching in January 2026 we will be introducing Chinese Medicine food therapy, functional foods, the 5 Elements, an emotional, metaphysical, energetic, and spiritual approach to supporting the Menopausal transition. Â
Uncover the alchemical capacities of this important time & space in a woman's life cycle and how you can bring clarity & support in navigating the shift of energy.
