Blood Chamber (for all classes & live sessions)
Welcome to Restoring the Blood - an online chamber and program for women who are ready to nourish from within.
We begin August 1st, 2026 with foundational classes and videos for pre-study, and have 2 live immersion classes in August and September.
What is included:
- pre-recorded video classesĀ on Western Medicine foundations- clinical assessment, and Eastern Medicine foundations
- 2x 3 hour live sessions in August and September
- a full set of resources including; ingredients shopping list, self-assessment, workbooks, a home practice guide
