Blood Chamber (replays only)

Welcome to Restoring the Blood - an online chamber and program for women who are ready to nourish from within.

We begin August 1st, 2026 with foundational classes and videos for pre-study, and have 2 live immersion classes in August and September.

What is included in the replay only option:

• over 8 hours of pre-recorded video classes and replays of our live sessions & a full set of resources
• resources include; ingredients shopping list, self-assessment, workbooks, home practice guide
